On what legal basis do we process your personal data?

Because the processing is permitted under Article 6 of the GDPR as follows:

• With the USER’s consent: for sending commercial communications and the newsletter.

How long will we keep your personal data?

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

The USER, through the corresponding checkboxes and the provision of data in fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact or download forms, expressly and unequivocally agrees that the data is necessary to handle their request and therefore, providing the remaining data is voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER is truthful and agrees to notify any changes. The CONTROLLER informs that all data requested through the website is mandatory for optimal service delivery. Failure to provide all data means that the information and services provided may not fully meet your needs.

In accordance with current personal data protection regulations, the CONTROLLER complies with all GDPR and LOPDGDD provisions for processing personal data, particularly the principles in Article 5 of the GDPR—processing data lawfully, fairly, and transparently, and ensuring the data is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary for the processing purposes. The CONTROLLER guarantees that appropriate technical and organizational policies have been implemented to apply the security measures required by GDPR and LOPDGDD to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS.
